Trio Payment Solutions shoulders the complete responsibility of Tax and National Insurance submissions, pension deductions, and even tribunal matters for every employee under our purview. what we do
Our Services
PAYE
All PAYE employees under Trio will receive a Contract of Employment and will be enrolled into our company pension scheme. We will assume responsibility for Tax and National Insurance submissions, offering our clients the opportunity to invest in what truly matters, running their business.
CIS
All CIS subcontractors paid through Trio will receive a Supervision, Direction, and Control checklist, and will have a fixed 20% deduction applied to each payment and submitted to HMRC. They will be responsible for filing their own tax returns to HMRC, and each subcontractor will receive an annual earnings and deduction statement to facilitate this.
Limited Companies
Limited company contractors can present several complexities for businesses, however Trio is able to facilitate them on behalf of our client companies, and maintain full compliance in line with the current regulations.
